Currently, SIHCI is operating in two regions on Uganda; Western and Central Uganda. As a national NGO, it is in plan to scale up its activities to Northern and Eastern Uganda regions of the country with support from government and development partners. This will be made possible by the unique approach that SIHCI employs reaching the Most At Risk Populations to implement community-focused projects which have been proven to have a lot of impact on the HIV pandemic.

SIHCI works for the most vulnerable communities, to plan practical ways of improving their Health through Home based and community participation approaches. At SIHCI we ensure all targeted groups and individuals whose lives need change are reached regardless of the environmental, structural and social aspects prevailing.

We recognizes the role of building strong partnerships with government, Faith Based Organizations, the Civil Society as well as the Private Sector. Through long-term partnership with communities, we ensure it has achieved lasting improvements. Our success in Health development depends on focused approaches that address people’s needs within a community based on a unique relationship with all stakeholders
